The mission of the FCX youth soccer club is to provide a safe, rewarding and competitive training and game environment for players to develop to their full potential. To obtain this objective we will provide the highest level of coaching to create an environment that fosters self-confidence, positive self-image and healthy lifestyle choices. The coaches will also promote the development of each player’s technical, tactical, physical and mental skills in an atmosphere of teamwork and sportsmanship. FCX will continue to provide soccer opportunities based on ability level, as the founding clubs Lyons Township Soccer Club, Team Elmhurst Soccer Club, FC Barrington & Northwest United have always done.
