The BASA Soccer Academy

This program will take the place of traditional U6 and U7 (Kindergarten and 1st grade) Indoor soccer. The Academy will have two different sessions throughout the winter. A 6 week Academy will begin November 4th and end December 16th (No training on 11/25/09). A 10 week Academy will begin January 13th and end March 17th (You may sign up for both sessions). The Academy will take place on Wednesday afternoons from 4:10-5:00pm at the brand new state of the art Lake Barrington Field House. This program will be organized and run by the professional staff coaches of BASA/FCB and will be a combination of technical development and small sided games. After your child has experienced the ACADEMEY they will be a better player, technically more sound, tactically more aware, and ready for spring. Cost for session 1 is $100.00. Cost for session 2 is $150.00. All players will receive a BASA Academy T-Shirt.

Session 1 U6 and U7 Academy

Dates: Nov. 4- Dec. 16th (no training on Wed. 11/25/09)

Time: 4:10-5pm (6 Weeks)

Duration: 50 minutes

Description: Each player will be assigned to an Academy Team (based on age and ability) and a specific FCB/BASA staff coach for the session. Each team of 8-10 players will have 4 training sessions with their assigned staff coach and 2 game nights. Teams are not based on school or Fall teams so if you do have a request (one person only) please email Emily-Snyder@ameritech.net by October 25th. This program is truly about player development and you will see your soccer player grow technically and tactically throughout the winter months.

Equipment: All Players will receive a BASA Academy T-Shirt. All players should bring their own ball and water.

Cost: $100

Session 2 U6 and U7 Academy

Dates: Jan. 13- March 17th, 2010

Time: 4:10-5pm (10 Weeks)

Duration: 50 minutes
