Players/Parents MUST confirm their spot within 24 hours.  
Please send an email to StuartPeek@Ameritech.net accepting or declining your team placement.  Please make sure to put your full name and the team name in your email.  If you do not respond we will take your name off the team list.

·          Uniform samples will be available for players to try on for proper sizing June 19, 2008 between 5:00-8:00PM at the BASA office 110 S. Hager Suite 201 Barrington, IL. 60010
 
·          If players do not need a new uniform they may mail paperwork to the
BASA office by 6/19/08 or drop it off anytime next week between 10:00-3:00PM Monday thur Thursday: 6/16/08-6/19/08
